How we get products shipped.

Every engagement has a fixed scope, a named team, and working software demoed weekly.

01

MVP Development

From idea to a product in users' hands in 6 to 10 weeks.

Most MVPs fail before launch: over-scoped, over-engineered, and six months late. We cut to the one thing your product must prove, build exactly that, and ship it. Fixed scope, fixed price, working software demoed every week. When the product calls for AI, we build it in: LLM features, retrieval search, and agent workflows are part of the standard toolkit. And most founders keep the same team after launch, rolling into a dedicated pod as the product grows.

Next.js · React · Node.js · Postgres · LLM Integration

What you get

  • Scoped build plan with fixed price and timeline
  • Full-stack product: web app, API, database, auth
  • Production deployment and launch checklist
  • Post-launch support scoped to what the product needs

02

Product Design

Interfaces designed as systems, not one-off screens.

Pretty isn't the goal. Converting is. We start from user research and information architecture, prototype the risky flows first, and hand off a design system your engineers can actually build from.

UX Research · Figma · Design Systems · Prototyping

What you get

  • UX research and user flows
  • High-fidelity UI with interactive prototypes
  • Component-based design system in Figma
  • Developer handoff with specs and tokens

03

Technical Architecture

Fractional CTO guidance before bad decisions get expensive.

The wrong stack choice at month one becomes a rewrite at month twelve. We audit or design your architecture, choose boring technology that scales, and set up the engineering practices that keep velocity high after we leave.

Cloud Architecture · DevOps · Security · Code Audits

What you get

  • Architecture review or greenfield design
  • Stack and infrastructure recommendations
  • CI/CD, monitoring, and security baseline
  • Hiring support and technical interviews

04

Dedicated Engineering Pods

Senior engineers who ship from week one, not month three.

Scaling a team is slow; scaling with the wrong hires is worse. Our pods are pre-vetted senior engineers, led by a technical lead, who integrate into your tools, your standups, and your codebase, and are productive in the first sprint.

Team Extension · Staff Augmentation · Technical Leadership

What you get

  • 2 to 5 person pod with a dedicated lead
  • Your workflow, your tools, your repos
  • Weekly velocity and progress reporting
  • Scale the pod up or down monthly

05

Mobile & Cross-Platform

iOS and Android from one codebase, without the compromise.

Two native teams double the budget and halve the speed. With React Native and PWA builds we ship both platforms together, with native performance where it matters and one codebase to maintain.

React Native · Expo · PWA · App Store Optimization

What you get

  • React Native apps for iOS and Android
  • Progressive Web Apps that work offline
  • App Store and Play Store submission
  • Push notifications, analytics, deep links

Common questions.

How long does an MVP take?

Six to ten weeks for most products. The discovery week sets the exact date, and it holds because scope is fixed before we start building.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price per engagement, agreed before any code is written. The discovery week produces the number. You never get an hourly invoice or a surprise.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, fully. Everything lives in your repositories from day one, and complete ownership transfers on final payment. No licenses, no lock-in.

What happens after launch?

We stay on after launch for fixes and tuning, scoped to what the product needs. Most founders then keep the same team on a monthly pod that scales up or down as the product grows.

How involved do I need to be?

One demo call per week plus async access to the team. You see working software every Friday and can course-correct in the open.

What do you build with?

Boring technology that scales: Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Postgres. AI features use the major LLM APIs. We pick the stack that fits the product, not the one that is fashionable.
